Sports Centre „ORLIK” (a football pitch, next to the goal)

On 27th October 2011 a new sports complex was opened next to Primary School No.4 in Zelów. The sports complex consists of two football pitches, as well as multi-purpose volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. This Zelów project came into effect under the government programme “My Playing Field – Orlik 2012”, and it was partly subsidised by the Marshall’s Office in Lodz as well as the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in Warsaw. The “Orlik 2012” multi-purpose sports pitches are open to all, free of charge. The sports complex is open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., and at weekends from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
